The hotel's location near the bus station made it convenient for a short stay, and the reception staff tried their best to assist guests. Although room amenities were lacking, the security guard was described as attentive.
Guests faced cleanliness issues, with dirty linen and broken amenities. the absence of Wi-Fi in the rooms and noisy AC units were major setbacks.

Breakfast was continental, needed guidance on nearby spots, free WiFi, had a flat-screen TV, close to the river, offers concierge service & ATM. the place had a 24-hour desk, room service, and a tour desk. Just one night was fine, close to the bus stop. Noisy AC, had to switch rooms due to shower issues, corridor smokers. Dirty linen, long wait for breakfast. a memorable experience for all the wrong reasons.
